An amazing opportunity for a fabric engineer to join a large market leader in the FM industry, working on their military base contract in Colchester.

As a company, they maintain a wealth of high profile properties for major clients and are growing rapidly, regularly winning new contracts which require a top level of service.

The engineer will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the site and will be conducting PPM and reactive works.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Plumbing.
  • Door and lock maintenance.
  • Assembling furniture.
  • Painting and decorating.
  • Tiling floors and walls.
  • Emergency light flick tests.
  • Carpentry.
