Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with a friendly and rewarding legal firm for a Permanent Administration Assistant. The role is perfect for someone who has proven experience and is looking for a new challenge. Based in Dunfermline, Fife and salary up to £23,000 depending on experience. The core hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (35hrs per week)
Role Overview
You will work alongside the Administration Manager and will play an essential role within the team to support and assist with full Administration support. Some tasks can be repetitive and high volume; therefore, you must have a positive “can do” attitude as all tasks both big or small are imperative in the successful running of the team. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, knowledge of Denova Legal Intelligence System would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
