A bright, bold, Mental Health Support Assistant is required to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a lovely Southwark Secondary School, as part of an inclusive team, ensuring all pupils are able to have access to mainstream teaching.
Mental Health Support role available working with various SEMH students
High graded Ofsted Secondary in Southwark, South East London
Full-time Mental Health Support role paying £18,000, pro rata to term time
Immediate start, full time, 8.30am-4pm until July 2023
As an interactive Mental Health Support Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, safe space for students, where they can feel free and comfortable to express feelings and emotions and develop social confidence. Support the most vulnerable pupils at this school for the current academic year in a school that has very strong leadership, and in a place where you’ll be given support and guidance to upskill.
