Family Solicitor
Salary: DOE
Location: Nantwich
I am currently looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to work in a busy department in the Nantwich area.
The role will involve:
- The work is predominantly Privately funded but there is a small amount of Public Funding (Legal Aid) work that you will undertake
- In this role you will work collaboratively and closely with the Head of Family Department dealing with all aspects of Family Law including but not limited to Divorce, Financial matters, Private Children Law matters, Injunctions, Co-habitation Matters, TOLATA, Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements
- You will also undertake your own advocacy
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of working in Family Law
- It is essential that you have experience with the Public Funding system (Legal Aid)
- You will be able to manage your own case load, whilst demonstrating exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Be able to work autonomously and effectively
- Will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE as a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive
- You must have exceptional client care skills in addition to excellent communication skills in relation to communicating effectively and efficiently with Clients, other professionals, and colleagues
