Axcis Education are working with a primary school situated in St Austell who are seeking either 1 x full time teaching assistant, or 2 x part time teaching assistants. Working hours are either Monday – Friday, 8.15 – 3, or Monday – Friday 8.15 – 12 and Monday – Friday 12.30 – 3. Both roles are term time only.These vacancies are to support different children with special educational needs. Both children are in Key Stage One. Needs include challenging behaviour and academic support.To apply for these SEN teaching assistant roles, you must have had experience supporting individuals with additional needs, although this does not need to have been with children.
