Your new role
The role will involve arranging conference calls, meetings, travel and booking conference rooms, as well as basic administration including coordinating photocopying, printing, scanning, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc with Floor support. You will be acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients, taking internal and external telephone queries, responding as appropriate.

This role requires some data entry and managing spreadsheets as well as updating the databases. Yo will be completing PA tasks, supporting seminar/event organisation, diary management and arranging travel.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF software, experience of using a case management system, good phone manner and be highly organised and proactive.
