Bruin are proud to be working with a well-known financial services brand based in Liverpool, in their search for a Reporting Specialist to join their existing team.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assists in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients. Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Participates in innovative product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently transactions. Solves complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.   Accurately opens and updates accounts or company records.
  • Uses in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to common repeat problems and determines more permanent resolutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in client services as well as being adaptable and having strong initiative.
