An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic General Manager. We are looking for a highly accomplished, motivated, productive, and proactive individual with a demonstrable career in business and people management, leadership, patient services, IT, finance, premises, and strategic management. You should be adaptable and have the ability to understand and respond to the diverse and dynamic nature of the role, being able to balance the needs of. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and recruitment to deliver key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the Organisation. A high degree of personal organisational skill is required as well as a systematic approach to problem solving and planning. You will work with the Operational Management Team to drive and lead the practice in new ways of working within Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care systems. The GP partners are looking for a dedicated strategic leader who can demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm. The right candidate will work closely with all staff, to deliver excellent patient care within the context of a thriving business, that has a healthy working culture.
