Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a public sector client on the recruitment of an interim Administration Coordinator. This is a contract that will look to start immediately, therefore you must be immediately available to be considered. Your support will be required initially up until the end of March 2023.

Our client are based in Weston Super Mare, and adopt a hybrid working model which would require you on site in Weston Super Mare for a 2-3 days per week. This is a full-time contract, of 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities of the Administration Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the division including booking appointments and meetings, formatting and drafting newsletters and agendas and minute taking.
  • Reviewing and analysing data, providing written and verbal reports to the division.
  • Taking responsibility for keeping up to date with all Governance requirements both locally and nationally.
  • Providing advice and support to staff across the organisation as well as the timely and efficient logging of information onto internal systems.

Your Profile:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar administrative position is essential for this position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with other staff members in a respectful and empathetic way.
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience working with data before.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage differing priorities.

In return, the successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of £13.85 (equivalent of a £27k salary).
