Main duties of the job

We have a unique and exciting opportunity within our Norfolk and Waveney Regional Team. This is a key role that will deputise and support the Regional Quality Director in leading and driving a philosophy of continuous improvement.

You will work with the Regional Management Team to effectively lead and manage all non-medical clinical colleagues across the Norfolk and Waveney Urgent Care contracts, including our NHS 111 call centre in Norwich. You will also provide professional support, clinical innovation and support clinical governance to ensure safe and effective delivery of care to our patients.

This role will be based in our Norfolk and Waveney Regional Office and travel will be required across our Urgent Care bases in the Region. In return we offer a competitive package, development opportunities and the chance to join the generous NHS pension scheme.

Hours Available Full time. 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility required to cover hours which include evenings and weekends
