PIMCO Events Manager- 6 Month Contract (on-site)

 

A leading global asset management is looking for an Events Manager to work with the EMEA Events team. The successful candidate will be professionally minded, with experience within the financial sector.

Requirements:

  • Work as part of the EMEA Events Team to develop and implement strategic events programs.
  • Manage the full range of events; virtual, lunches, in person, hybrid and more.
  • Manage all aspects of event operations from initial briefing to reconciliation.
  • Own the project management contributing to the delivering of events with data informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and compliance teams.
  • Share knowledge of best practice.
  • Operate under tight deadlines.
  • Measure, optimize and report the performance of all events.

Required Experience:

  • Approx. 4+ years plus experience in event managing, across traditional in-person and virtual platforms.
  • Track record of high results under tight deadlines.
  • Working in a fast paced environment within complex organizations.
  • Familiar with event systems and budget management.
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Creative vision and ability to effectively brief and work with digital resources.
  • Willingness for travel across EMEA for events.
  • Experience with virtual events.
