Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the business is looking to secure the talent a highly organised and conscientious individual to join them as a National Service and Small Works Coordinator. Your responsibilities as National Service and Small Works Coordinator is to coordinate and provide administration service for national accounts jobs. These jobs could include reactive call outs, planned maintenance visits, and small works.  On offer is a competitive salary, and:

Your Responsibilities

  • Schedule various maintenance, small works, and reactive call out jobs with customers
  • Ensure adherence to SLA`s and internal processes
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure resources are assigned correctly
  • Communicate daily with engineers and field line managers to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time frames
  • Proactive and accurate scheduling of engineers to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Liase with suppliers, acquire materials and access equipment for jobs
  • Raise work orders and purchase orders as requested by field line manager
  • Issue reports for jobs, PPMs, Remedials as required by the service delivery manager
  • Generate quotations for reactive works

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving ability
  • Proactive nature with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using IT software
  • Aptitude for learning and willingness to go the extra mile
