We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client in Rotherham.

The role is for a Business Banking Customer Service Advisor working in a call centre, for a high street leading bank.

In this role, you will be the First point of contact for our business banking customers

In this role, it is vital you can problem solve when our customers are facing challenges across a variety of banking queries

As part of their flexible contact centre where there’s never a dull moment, you’ll have an integral part to play in supporting customers who are in need of our support, helping them when they need it most by offering professional guidance around a range of options and support to meet their needs.

What you’ll do…

As a vital member of the Business banking Team, you’ll provide a broad spectrum of options and support to customers in their day to day banking needs. You’ll achieve this by offering professional service to achieve positive outcomes.

What you’ll bring.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. As a highly self-motivated person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll be creative and flexible in the way you work with colleagues, and able to demonstrate genuine empathy with a customer’s situation and needs.

Strong keyboard skills and the ability to have clear communication with customers, allowing you to navigate different systems and process information whilst talking to customers

This is a 35 hour per week role with a set shift pattern between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm training in the office for 8/10 weeks, if successful in academy you will then work 1 day a week in office, hybrid between home and office.

Pay £ 12.31, 35 hours per week

The successful candidate will receive full training, 33 holidays per year plus bank holidays on a pro-rata basis and exposure to the working dynamics of a leading financial services organisation which can offer many other career opportunities.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year’s referencing.
