Administration Assistant

Start: ASAP.

Pay: £10.50 p/h.

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.

Our client in Quedgeley is in-need of Administration support within their Fleet Department until the end of January .

Previous Administration experience is essential, fleet/transport/logistics desirable.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting with on-boarding new starters.
  • Produce driver induction packs, ensuring all the relevant compliance & health and safety documents are enclosed.
  • Checking and verifying driver’s driving licenses.
  • In/outbound calls.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Data entry on to a new bespoke system, cleansing current client information and making sure it is all up to date.
  • Completion of correspondences.
  • Arranging vehicle collections.
  • Processing driver fines.
  • Issuing fuel cards.
  • Update Motor Insurance database ensuring all vehicles are added/ removed as required.
  • Monitor when MOTs are due and notify drivers, following up to ensure this has been carried out.
  • Candidate requirements:

  • Previous administration experience essential.
  • Must be IT literate.
  • Experienced using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Can work well under pressure and manage your own workload.
