With exciting plans for development, we’re looking for an experienced BDM to join our Sales team and further enhance our Key Accounts portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales pipeline of prospective clients to deliver quarterly and annual financial performance targets
  • Identify opportunities to expand with existing and new customers into new European geographies
  • Manage/support the tender process for new wins
  • Develop opportunities to evolve from staffing to corporate solutions
  • Identify and generate high/medium value new business and follow through on qualified leads from sales and operational staff
  • Market research
  • Proactively monitor client requirement trends to enable Carbon60 to respond proactively to changing client
  • Build excellent working relationships with clients, peers, and managers.
  • Person spec:

  • Proven ability to identify and scope new tender opportunities that fit with company growth strategy and new markets
  • Proven track record in selling recruitment solutions, MSP and/or RPO in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Automotive industries
  • Strong understanding of industry and markets
  • Strong commercial acumen including experience of working with P&L’s
  • Driven to deliver and a true relationship builder, you will act as a true role model and mentor more junior colleagues, by constantly reaching KPIs and respecting SLAs
  • Excellent communicator accustomed to working at Director level
  • As the role is remote, you will be comfortable working from home and using a variety of platforms; but you are the office type, you are always welcome to work from one of our Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Aylesbury or Fareham offices.
