Part Time Planning Coordinator 12 Month FTC

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £ – £ per annum

Hours: Mon- Fri either 9am -2pm or 10am -3pm (20hrs per week) FTC 12 months

Benefits: Free Parking on Site, Pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Pro- Rata for Part-Time staff)

Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client with the hire of a Planning Coordinator for their manufacturing company based in Chelmsford, to work with them on 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between internal sales warehouse and production in order to support team and customers
  • Process warehouse shipments
  • Manage pallet usage and run reports
  • Complete Job bag and print cards
  • Scan completed job cards
  • Support data requests for audit processes
  • Support the Production Calendar with materials and Customer reservations
  • Information from MP&L team to production is accurate and maintained controlled
  • Challenge efficiencies with 3rd part transport providers
  • Support process of managing raw materials
  • Provide Commercial and Supply Chain Manager with requested data and reports
  • Provide cover and support to MP&L team. Updating Plan, controlling job bags, pallet management
