Adecco’s specialist Property Services Division North are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an amazing Housing Provider organisation down in Nottingham as we look to assist them in recruiting a permanent Retrofit Manager – Energy efficiency to join their Assets team.
Responsibility for the successful delivery of the organisation’s Retrofit programmes delivering an outstanding customer focused service in line with company’s vision of “More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives” and “Environmental Sustainability Strategy.
Manage the development and implementation of business processes for the retrofit projects, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, to ensure the project is delivered within time, quality and budget constraints.
Effective delivery of a retrofit solutions in line with the organisation’s commitments to Social Housing Decarbonisations Fund Wave 1 and Wave 2, as well as Energy projects including Room in the Roof, Cavity Wall insulation and Roof insulation but not limited to
Develop and deliver structured project plans to ensure initiatives are developed within time, quality and budget constraints providing analysis and progress of projects to the Property Services Senior Team and prepare report submissions in line with funders requirements
Support with decarbonisation projects funding applications submissions working alongside Sustainability Manager and Asset Management Team and any other relevant stakeholder
Form and develop a strengthening relationship with the key project partners (MNZEH and BEIS) to achieve successful delivery of this project
Lead, motivate and develop individuals and teams in a way that supports an inclusive culture and the values, behaviours and expectations of the organisation.
Assess and manage resources appropriately including the planning, recruitment, induction and development of colleagues
HNC Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant discipline covering Building or Construction/ maintenance or demonstrable track record of success in delivering energy performance projects
You will hold or be willing to work towards a PAS Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
Good working knowledge of PAS and PAS , planning Permissions, CDM Regulation, Asbestos and all other Building regulations relating to the delivery of service area works.
You will hold a SMSTS or equivalent.
Proven track record project management experience and knowledge in delivering similar projects.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £42, – £46, per annum
Hours: 35 hours
5 days leave a year with additional 2 days after 5 years’ service
