Due to continued growth and internal promotion we are recruiting to our busy administration team in our Talking Matters Sefton service.
About the role
The role of Administrator will play a critical role in providing exceptional and professional support to our clinical team, as well as being the `front door’ to clients and other professionals contacting the team.
You will join a small, friendly established team and be supported by an Office Manager, with clinicians available for additional support if required. You will be flexible in your working arrangements, able to work a late shift and, if required, to work occasionally from a nearby base.rec
Duties to include:
- Answering incoming calls, taking and passing on messages, and forwarding as required
- Making outbound calls to book appointments, updating electronic calendars, and communicating with clients as necessary
- Data inputting referral information, and ensuring all communication is entered onto a dedicated patient database
- Greeting all visitors/clients to the service

You will be passionate about people, have great IT skills and the energy to learn new skills. Experience of working within a client facing administration role is advantageous but not necessarily essential. Above all you will have the ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service.
You will be able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
