Job Title: Data Entry Admin
Location: Norwich
Hours: Mon to Fri (35h per week – flexible hours)

Adecco UK are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Admin on behalf of our client, a prestigious multinational insurance advisor at their office in Norwich!

This role will support our client with the implementation of a new Project Management tool . The main elements are to collate disparate data sets from across their change community, put them into a consistent format and input them into the tool ahead of go live in January . You will be working closely with the project team that will be delivering the tool and the wider change community to ensure that the migration of data will enable us to switch off another IT tool.

Responsibilities include:

� Collating data from across our client’s Change Community and putting the data into a consistent format to match the data model in the new tool; Risk & Issues, Resourcing Information etc.

� Collating data from the current tool (Galaxy) and translating it to the new data model in preparation for the data migration; project records, resourcing information.

� Manually uploading key data items to the new tool.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

� Excellent Excel skills.

� Has past experience in data collation and analysis.

� Great attention to detail.

� Works well as an individual and with a team.

� Good communication skills.
