Job Description:

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY – UK leading supplier. Perm role Monday to Friday £k-£k We are currently looking to recruit an Inventory Controller to join the Purchasing team. Your main duties will include inventory ordering, forecasting, expediting, and chasing overdue, non-confirmed and back orders. Also collating reports for buyers, producing and working to KPI’s, keeping the system up to date, working with suppliers daily, and liaising with members of various internal departments, including sales and goods inwards. Ideally you must have’ordering and expediting experience’, and you will be highly numerate, having achieved GCSE at a level C or above in Maths and English and will have a good intermediate knowledge of Excel. You will need to have a very good telephone manner and be an excellent communicator. Your approach will be pro-active, organised and methodical and, above all, you will need to be willing to learn and be a great team player.
