Robert Half Talent Solutions are exclusively partnering with an SME in Leicester who are looking to appoint a Qualified Finance Manager to join their successful Accounting and Finance function. The business has a fantastic culture and really focus on their people. Their offices are based in Coalville and would be commutable from all areas of Coalville / Leicester / Leicestershire / Loughborough / Tamworth / Hinckley / Nuneaton / Coventry / Derby and Nottingham.

Our client is looking to appoint a Qualified Finance Manager who can take lead of the Accounts Payable and Treasury function by managing the teams. Initially, the role will have 2-3 direct reports so fully managerial experience will be required. The Finance Manager will take lead on Month End Reporting. You will take lead in Balance Sheet Reconciliations, submit VAT within a tight timeframe and produce the Cost Analysis on a monthly basis and a YTD basis. Other key tasks will be around maintaining that compliance is in line with Corporate Regulations.

To be successful as the Finance Manager, you will be someone who has tremendous experience to really hit the ground running. You will be fully qualified in ACCA / ACA / CIMA. My client may be open to view candidates who are a Finalist. This role requires a number of organisational skills, time management skills and having a self-motivated drive. You will find the duties of this role will come naturally and nothing will be new to you.

The package on offer is a salary of £45,000 to £52,000, plus additional company benefits and perks.
