Job Description:

I have an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Administrator in a fantastic organisation based in Glasgow. The role of this person is to support the client’s customer in ensuring accurate documentation is issued across all sites Key responsibilities would be * Reviewing documentation (invoice, C&E, picking list) prior to the goods leaving site and highlighting any errors/concerns * Check transport data is available (driver name, port of loading, discharge) for document production * Check documents are shared with the carriers * Report in dotted line to Documentation / Logistic team of the Customer and Customs& Excise. * Running/owning reports to show ongoing errors in documentation * Gain expertise into resolution of documentation issues It would be ideal if you came from a logistics administration background, however, my client is also open to speaking to candidates who have a strong administration background too. If you have excellent planning and organisations skills, are self motivated, able to work under pressure and are enthusiastic about providing great customer service then this is the role for you!
