Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint a Head of Mathematics Designate to work within our enthusiastic, dedicated Mathematics Faculty. 

The role will involve:- 

Developing and implementing an outstanding Mathematics curriculum Leading consistently outstanding Teaching and Learning in Mathematics Achieving consistently outstanding attainment and progress in Mathematics Monitoring, evaluating and supporting the work of the faculty, tracking student performance and interventions Ensuring effective communication within the faculty with students and parents to support progress and high levels of attainment Managing the resources of space, staff, money and equipment efficiently Ensuring health and safety policies and practice Leadership and management of all other aspects of the Mathematics faculty Rainham School for Girls represents a culture of high aspiration, high expectation and success.
