Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively partnering with a well renowned Events Company in North London to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for at least 6 months.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with the following duties:

  • Sole AP Clerk – Processing of all invoices from all sources
  • Preparation of weekly BACS runs and manual payments
  • Ownership of Payables In-box Dealing with queries as they arise
  • Monthly Statement reconciliation Accounting for manual payments and bank transfers on the purchase and general ledger Assistance with Cash Counting
  • BACS from Different Accounts – Trading, Trust unrestricted, Capital, Restricted, Special projects
  • Profile:

    The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 3+ years experience working within a fast paced but small finance team, have processed large amounts of invoices previously and be able to work independently and as part of a small team.

    You must be either immediate or on a 1 weeks role to be considered for this role.

    Client:

    Our client is a leading, well renowned Events company based in North London. They offer a lucrative contract for 6 month contract which has strong possibility to extend and a hybrid work pattern of 3 days will be in the office and the remaining days from home.

    Salary & Benefits:

    This temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role will be paying circa £125-140 per day + holiday pay, dependant on experience.
