Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 3 Administrator to join our Safeguarding Team at 22.45 hours per week over 3 days.We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is able to provide a strictly confidential full administrative service making full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion at all times when working with the team and outside agencies. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this roleIf you enjoy variety in your workload, can meet deadlines and have the skills and drive to work as part of a busy Safeguarding Team who has full engagement with our partner agencies we would like to hear from you.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Typing Qualification RSA 3 or equivalent

NVQ Level 3 relevant to the role or with equivalent work experience
