Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Project

Location – North London

Our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies, has a requirement for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take responsibility for the Electrical component of a new Data Centre project in North London.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Data centre delivery and working within a live DC environment
  • The ability to select & manage innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work.
  • Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants, clients/Architects and project team on technical matters.
  • Practical application of engineering principles and calculation.
  • Strong Health, safety & wellbeing focus
  • Able to manage complex MV & LV electrical systems and all associated interfaces and ELV systems such as BMS, Fire Alarm, Security.
  • Client procured equipment and integrating into systems
  • Successful in programme controls , schedule management and commissioning systems to ASHRAE Level 1-5
