We understand that career breaks can be taken for many reasons and we are keen to support those looking to get back into the industry offering a work-life balance in order to successfully transition back to work. Our new Returnship Programme incorporates the values chosen by our employees; approachable, effective and ambitious; we will ensure you are assigned a dedicated mentor and line manager to help and support you day to day with your development. We also offer you technical and soft skills training to ensure you are up-to-speed with the latest IT applications to do your role and will encourage and support you in attending peer groups of fellow returners, networking opportunities and site visits to broaden your professional networks.

Our returnship is a tailored 12-week programme designed for Real Estate professionals returning to work after an extended career break of 18 months or more (with the potential to lead to more permanent opportunities).

When your 12 week period is coming to an end we’ll work with you to explore opportunities for a more permanent role.

Salary is depending on experience or agreed at offer stage

Returnship Programme Benefits:

The Carter Jonas returnship offers you a paid placement of 12 weeks, starting in December 2022 with the potential to go on to work with us in a more permanent role. We offer you:
