Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ESR/OLM optimisation programme specialist, providing advice on the functionality of system and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensure the functionality of ESR/OLM is used to its full potential
  • Maintain key elements to ensure the abstraction of data and effective BI reporting is available
  • Implementing OLM training requirements and competencies
  • To ensure smooth implementation of the optimisation programme
  • Writing guides, frequently asked questions guidance and developing and delivering training to people and culture team members and end users on system functionality
  • Inputting, extracting and manipulating data as required to deliver the programme and record and report on key information
  • Escalate risk and issues
  • Ensure completion of all project documentation and produce/present reports as and when needed to relevant groups
  • Line manage members of the ESR/OLM optimisation programme team

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience with Optimisation of OLM/ESR
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Microsoft office skills- Word, Outlook and Excel
  • NHS Workforce system knowledge
  • Experience of developing and delivering training to end users
  • Experience of developing standard operating procedures and operational guidance
