Role: Administration Coordinator

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham (SCC operate a hybrid working policy giving you flexible working options)

As our Support team continues to grow due to demand, we now have a newly created position, working as a Desktop support coordinator, to provide a high-level of administration support to the Internal SCC IT Desktop Support function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with all asset management duties that assign (training will be provided)
  • Undertaking of all general administration across the team
  • Queue management of the ServiceNOW system (training will be provided)
  • Allocation of mobile phone/sim cards to users
  • Creation and completion of general reporting
  • Updating internal customers, along with communication to external suppliers

Key Skills & Experience

The role will require a competent, customer facing individual who can work on their own or equally as a team delivering high standards of support and administration.

You will be:

  • Confident and personable in nature
  • Possess the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Have a strong customer focus and be output focused
  • Experienced in an administration / coordination role
