Robert Half Technology are currently recruiting for a IT Business Analyst for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and the role is FULLY REMOTE.
Our client is looking to reinvent the way they manage the lifecycle of all the content, data and information-whether for client projects or internal use-in all its forms.
You will undertake the discovery and research, and propose improvements to processes and solutions required to deliver this ambitious programme.
Skils and competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of business process modelling / BPMN
- Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent at managing stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Process mapping and improvement experience
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate colleagues to achieve results
- Self-discipline to set and maintain delivery standards expected
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines calmly
- Takes the initiative and uses their judgement appropriately
- Looks beyond past results to set challenging but realistic goals
- A strong self-starter who can help their project manager to monitor and manage the time and resources needed for projects / activities to ensure successful delivery
