Senior Health and Risk Employee Benefits Consultant

Salary: £65k + bonus + benefits

Locations: London/ South East

Successful candidates will be required to retain and develop an existing client portfolio and acquire new clients/products in the most efficient and cost effective manner, within the laid down procedures.

Responsibilities:

Arranging and conducting renewal, mid-term and new-business client appointments on the following Corporate products:

Private Medical Insurance

Group Income Protection

Group Life, Critical Illness

International Medical Insurance

Personal Accident

Employee Assistance Programmes

Cash Plan, Dental Insurance

Personal Memberships

Travel

Occupational Health

Producing and presenting renewal mid-term and new business reports

Understanding the pricing structure of each product and liaising with the insurers

Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date by means of regular update meetings with the insurers and self-help regarding products, insurers and adhering to legislation

Managing all processes including renewals in FCA compliant manner

Developing and managing a prospect list with a view to converting to new business

Liaising and building ongoing relationships with clients, insurers and introducers

Recording client meeting notes, new-business and courtesy visits activity on a monthly basis

Tracking renewal, mid-term, new-business and courtesy visits activity on a monthly basis

Reviewing private medical insurance Group Secretary Reports on a monthly basis and advising clients accordingly

Updating Claims Log in the event of major claims issues

Ongoing update of Training & Development file
