Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opporutnity for a standalone Office Manager to join a finance company based in the West End of London.

Responsibilities

* Organizes and manages the daily operations of the London office

* Provides Calendar Management and Support to the MD

* Provides general clerical services to the department including printing, formatting, scanning, mail/courier logistics, records management, travel booking, expense claim reconciliation office and kitchen supply ordering, errands and ad hoc requests

* Acts as first point of contact for employees, clients, contractors, and vendors, including front desk reception

* Partners with different departments (Human Resources, Technology, Workplace Services, etc) at the headquarters office, on a variety of processes

* Coordinates processes and duties with the Office Administrator (Contractor) for smooth operation of the London office.

Person Specficication

  • Experience in a standalone position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and other common office software applications
    • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail to solve administrative challenges as they arise
    • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate flexibility when faced with changing priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to apply sound judgment to resolve sensitive issues
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
