Department: Transfers & ISA Operations
Reporting to: Transfers & ISA Operations Manager
The Junior Transfers Analyst will be responsible for doing all tasks related to CMC Markets Investments’ Stock Transfers.
Stock Transfer is the process of transferring existing shares or cash from one broker to/from another broker or from/to one broker to another registry.
Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Transfers Analyst will be responsible for processing of Stock Transfers (Transfer In and Transfer Out)
Establishing relationships with external counterparties to ensure issues are resolved
Following up with client/broker on all transfer cases through emails/calls on daily basis
Performing Four Eye oversight on transfer
The Junior Transfers Analyst will be managing escalations from clients/Premium Client Managers/Internal Stakeholders
Ensuring that all regulatory requirements related to Stock Transfers are met
Adhere to SLAs & KPIs
Processing of ISA Management
Key Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with the risks associated with Stock Transfers and knowledge on regulatory requirements related to stock transfer will be a plus
The Junior Transfers Analyst must have the ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail
Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
The Junior Transfers Analyst should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help the team members during peak times
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to cope under pressure
Deadline / delivery conscious and flexible to changing priorities
Excellent analytical skills and ability to create dashboards
