Excellent opportunity for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to join an established business that has been around since . They create and control all aspects of the building services environment.
The business focus on Commercial fit out projects based in Central London. With a few that are just inside the M so experience within the commercial fit out sector is ideal.
In this role you will be based in the London office. You will be overseeing various projects at the same time to ensure that optimum profits are achieved from each contract whilst delivering a premium service to customers. Your day to day responsibilities will include reviewing client orders/contracts, visiting sites to carry out valuations, identify and price variations and much more.
You will ideally have 4+ years’ experience as a M&E QS. Either Mechanically biased or Electrically is fine. And ideally, working previously for Sub Contactors.
