Macellaio
is seeking for a talented sous chef!

You
lead the kitchen team in chef’s absence and provides guidance to junior kitchen
staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation,
and dish plating. Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.

Hires
and trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards.

The
main duties

Ensure high standard service, cleanless, mise en place,
smiley and proactive attitude with colleagues and guests.

You report to the head chef and general manager and
ensure the quality standards are always achieved.

Your full-time job is 5 days per week
