6 months temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities.

  • £11.43 per hour – £20,784.00 per Anum
  • 33 days holiday each year.
  • 5 days – Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm
  • 35 hours per week
  • Office based until fully accredited
  • Training – Monday to Friday – 9am till 5pm – 6-week training programme then an academy, must commit to office attendance for a 3-month period.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephony and IT skills
  • You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to commercial accounts, by taking customer calls as first point of contact and day to day banking transactions. Each call is different – balance questions or tracing foreign payments
  • Whatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this is an excellent opportunity for you to join their commercial accounts Team.

    With a first-class training programme all you will need are first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a busy environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

    Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year’s referencing.
