Second Line Support – Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Second Line Support to join their team based in Glasgow, on a permanent basis. You will log and manage the life cycle of Incidents and Service Requests whilst ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates and escalation where a first line fix is not possible. You will provide field-based support at remote sites.
