We are looking for Part Time Quality Supervisor for the RCT area based at our Tonypandy branch.

About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Quality Supervisor for our Tonypandy branch, Covering Rhondda, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager, the main responsibilities but not limited to of the role are:

• To support implementing the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Essential Standards of quality and Safety 2010 (England) or the Domiciliary Care Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2004 and the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care Agencies in Wales (2004)

• To be responsible for service users documentation being accurate, relevant and up to date.

• Liaise with external professional to assess the needs of the people we support and review the services we provide.

• Complete an assessment of needs for every potential Service User prior to a support plan being prepared.
