JOB TITLE : Temporary Receptionist – Thursday 3rd November & Friday 4th November

LOCATION: York, YO30 – Free Parking

SALARY: £10.50 – £11.00 per hour + Holiday Accrual

HOURS: Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm & Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm

CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary, Holiday Cover (You will be offered first refusal for future ad hoc cover dates should you wish)

    Thursday is a training day so you can meet everyone and be shown the phone system.


  • Based front of house on a Reception desk
  • Answer phones, take detailed information to determine which department is best to transfer to
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Offer and make refreshments

  • Experience in an administrative role or relevant position
  • Available to cover dates
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and comfortable on the phone
