The successful Graduate Cover Supervisor should be able to manage a classroom of children aged 11-18 in a diverse secondary school. This role of a Cover Supervisor will provide you with valuable experience within a secondary school setting and benefit an aspirational teacher, possibly looking to complete a PGCE in the future.
The school are looking to appoint inspirational Graduate Cover Supervisors who share their beliefs in the highest standards of academic attainment in a comprehensive setting. You will work within the Lead Teachers of Curriculum on a range of responsibilities including implementing planned learning activities, understanding specific learning needs and styles, promoting literacy and numeracy skills, and establishing positive relationships with staff and students.
The school are looking for Cover Supervisors who have passion, enthusiasm, alongside the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. You will deliver consistently excellent support, to help students to achieve excellent outcomes.
