Main duties of the job

We have a vacancy for a 1 year fixed term Trainee Andrologist post in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) at UHCW

This post is only for Warwick University 3rd year School of Life Sciences BSc students who wish to have a placement year working in healthcare science

You will be fully trained in all aspects of diagnostic andrology and will also be able to spend time with the different teams working in the CRM

This will provide a useful basis for students wishing to pursue a career in Clinical Science and Infertility

It is a full time post working 8am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This post will be within the clinical Andrology service to carry out the laboratory and administrative tasks required to enable the Andrology service at the Centre for Reproductive medicine to provide semen assessment and sperm storage. The student will also undertake a supervised small 
research project or audit, as required for their placement.
