The Business Performance Analyst role is based within our Defence Training business area.

As a Business Performance Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide high quality data to support management in strategic decision making.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the collection, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Business Performance data, databases, and processes from a variety of sources, including customer and contract data. You will also be accountable for the design, build, implementation, management and evolution of key business information and robust data gathering.

Essential experience

  • Demonstrated data analysis experience
  • Proven experience in advanced use and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Analytical and proactive
  • You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving ‘Security Check’ (SC)
