The roles are varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

We are seeking to recruit a number of Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join our outstanding staff teams on the different Primary, Secondary and Post 16 sites across London.

The successful candidates will already be an excellent teaching assistant with a commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional or learning difficulties, and/or social communication difficulties including ASD, SEMH and other learning needs.

The ability to motivate pupils towards high achievement is essential. Excellent teamwork, classroom and communication skills are vital.
