Job Title- Rent Arrears Officer

Location-Seaham

Contract length- 12 months fixed term

Annual salary- £26,342

As a rent arrears officer, you will;

-Provide excellent recovery and arrears advice and support to maximise collection recovery

-Monitor tenants in order to take action when accounts fall into arrears

-Provide support to customers in arrears by setting up affordable repayment plans in line with their income and expenditure

-Set up Direct Debits and provide support to customers until payment patterns are established
