Due to growth, an expanding company in the Maltby area of Rotherham are seeking a Sales Coordinator / Administrator to join a friendly team.

Role: Sales Coordinator

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:15am-4:15pm / 8am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Location: Maltby, Rotherham – free parking on site

Salary: Up to £25,000pa depending on experience & 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating lead generation system
  • Provide updates on tenders
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations
  • Secure new customers and orders by contacting warm leads
  • Provide administrative support
  • Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office / admin environment would be beneficial
  • A good communicator who is confident speaking to customers
