Business Analyst/ Product Manager

As a Business Analyst / Product Manager to improve business operations, your areas of responsibility will include (but not be limited to), internal support tools, licensing and payments, integrations with their CRMs and the evaluation and integration of 3rd party tools to improve workflow and capabilities.

You will be reporting into the Head of Engineering and working closely with their internal teams (sales, marketing & customer success teams) to define and deliver a roadmap and backlog to ensure this tech start-up can operate at scale and provide an outstanding experience to it’s worldwide users.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager, likely from a technical background
  • Experienced working with developers using Agile methodologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally to build effective relationships and collaborate creatively
  • A drive and desire to make a real impact – excited to use your skills in an impactful way
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will need to complete a DBS check.

As a Business Analyst/Product Manager coming in to define and improve business operations, you will support them as they look to expand their customer base even further.

  • Salary up to £70,000 (DOE) + Annual bonus + Annual reviews
  • Flexible and hybrid working – office based in central Bristol
  • 24 days AL + bank holidays (this increases with length of service)
  • The opportunity to travel to the US (should you want to)
