Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Goods in Administrator for our client based in Leyland.

It is temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.

The primary focus for this role is to support the QC team.

Duties / Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all purchase orders are printed prior to booking in stock.
  • Ensuring delivery documentation is present and correct with all deliveries.
  • Entering accepted goods into the stock system and generating and applying the pass ticket to the physical stock for 
  • Support with GMP audits across Warehouse/Yard areas
  • Support with production/supply chain related queries.
  • Support with customer and accreditation audits
  • File records and documentation. 
  • Create and send Certificates of Analysis to Customers on request. 
  • Control and organisation of Gold Seal product samples. 
  • Control and organisation of raw material/component reference samples.
