Our public sector client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Contract Analyst, due to the nature of the client you will be required to go through a security clearance ahead of starting which can take up to 8 weeks, this is a 12-24 month fixed term contract, salary £43,, hours Mon-Fri working 35 hours a week, this is a hybrid working role and you are required to work in the office three days a week. The closest train station to the office is Bank.

This role will involve working with the legal and commercial team, our client is looking for someone who can develop contracts and drafting skills.

Our client is looking for the below experience;

  • Drafting contractual documents such as extensions, variations, change control notices, novation, terminations, default notices, any other notices under the contract and drafting of simple agreements.
  • Drafting contractual documents/notices.
  • Interpreting public procurement regulations
  • Experience in disseminating contractual terms and conditions and providing a summary advice in the context of a particular issue.
  • Experience in contract negotiations or preparing for them.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in partnership with senior representatives of business.
  • Experienced in maintaining a served market analysis defining the total market, company market share, competitor market share and available market share.
  • Maintaining a list of potential economic operators suitable for Commercial Contract Analyst / Chamberlain’s / 11E/ / September departments of the Corporation
