Who better to support you in your career? What will I be expected to do as a Secondary Teacher? Your role will be to engage pupils in their learning. You will manage classroom behaviour, deliver lessons and ensure pupils have the opportunities to learn and express themselves. Depending on the length of the role, you may be tasked with planning, preparing, delivering and assessing pupils work. What qualifications do I need to be a Secondary Teacher? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) What skills or qualities do I need to be a Secondary Teacher? The schools we work with are looking for someone who is committed, compassionate and a team player. You will easily nurture relationships with pupils and have a passion for providing them with a platform to learn and succeed. What experience do I need to be a Secondary Teacher? You will have recent teaching experience or will have recently completed a relevant teaching qualification (we welcome interest from Newly Qualified Teachers). What registrations do I require?
