  • Facilities Coordinator
  • £26,000 – £28,000* Depending on experience
  • Full time, permanent
  • 8:00am – 16:30pm & 10:00am 18:00pm
  • City of London – Full time in office
  • Duties:

  • Carrying out spot checks to ensure the building and office is running smoothly.
  • Logging requests that are made by contractors.
  • Ensuring other administration and facilities teams are kept updated.
  • Tracking and ordering stock.
  • Dealing with first aid, fire and security checks.
  • Ensure the maintenance follows policies.
  • Deal with any requests submitted by the facilities team leader.
  • Requirements:

  • Must have experience in a facilities role, ideally within professional services.
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Administration experience is ideal but not required.
  • Someone who is proactive, able to work well within a team and individually.
  • Someone with a positive and ambitious approach to work.
